Freight Companies

I would like to hear about shipping companies.

I need to ship some stuff from the States to OZ.

Bigger things (eg wheels, sway bars etc) that are too large for USPS.
I don't need them fast just cost effective.

Anyone have any recomendations, contacts or thoughts that would be great.
