My domain registration sucks. I didnt get any notification on renewal and it got shut down. It is up and running again. Miss you of you guys.... and girls too...

I'd look at changing your ISP or perhaps let a few members know the expiry date and we can all diarise it to remind you it's coming up?

That's odd, I have 1-2 domains registered, and they start deluging me with emails to renew 6-9 months before the expiration.

I am telling that I will be changing my domain registrar. I was refer to him from a member here and he has a garage like hosting and never answer his phone and email. After 60 days i will be switching.

David, check out Network Solutions - they're one of the largest, but at the same time their rates aren't bad.

Also there's a provider that many guys on the Supra side use, and he's a multi-Supra owner/racer. He owns a company called NetDoor: http://www.netdoor.com/business/web/. His name is Marshall Morgan, and he hosts the www.mkiv.com site as a service to the Supra community, and to my knowledge, it has never gone down.

Check him out - he might cut you a deal if you mention that you're into hotrodding Lexus & Toyota stuff. He's been in business since 1995, so he must be doing something right!

i used ipowerweb.com and they have been good recently. However, the domain host (dont want to mention the name) is just unprofessional and neglect his accounts.

Yeah just transfer the domain over to your webhost and all will be good. The place you are with is just a small time operation that uses cheap, crappy billing software. Just transfer the domain to anyone else like the other members have said here and you'll have no problems. Make sure and make a backup of your forum as well. It only takes a couple minutes.

I'd change the domain host to a better one. Also, I'd change the server as well. I remember that they messed up the database with images big time.
