Hi All,
I've done a bit of search and not found what I'm looking for so here goes...
My application is mating an Audi 012 (Porsche Boxster 5 speed) to the 1UZ-FE.
What flywheels are known to have the same bolting pattern as the 1UZ-FE crank?
I don't care whether the ring gear matches as I need to keep the flex plate anyway for the starter, but I do need something that is small enough to fit in the Audi bell housing so that 290mm max.
Obviously I can machine off the ring gear from the flywheel if its too big with it on.
I've not yet had the chance to go look at any Audi flywheel from so pics I've seen on the web some of these are 8 bolt but the PCD is unknown at the moment.
So any clues to begin the hunt would be appreciated.
Oh and I'm skinflint so no suggesting Tilton triple-pack wot-not with gold plated carbon knobs on, that can come later after I've broken the first one!
The motor is currently stock BTW.
