Fan pulley/wheel!! can i do away with it ??

Hi all, i would just like to know if it is ok to do away with the pulley/wheel, that has the fan on it, as i dont need the fan, as i have 2 10" fan in front of my rad now, so can i do away with the pulley!! would give me abit more room for my turbo!!

thanks for geting back to me about this, thats good to know as it will give me alot more room for my turbo to sit in place,
