exhaust manifold flanges

I have just finished the looooooong archive search for header flanges. I appreciate all the work that has gone into header design and development. Unfortunately, I will need to make my own headers for this swap.
I noticed that many folks are using mild steel flanges that look very similar to the stock log style exhaust flanges but the two flanges are connected in the middle making all four ports a single plate. Who sells these?
I dont think everybody is making their own, as they look very similar across users (read: identical).
For example, "mycarhaspossedme" (great headers BTW) used these flanges.
Anybody know of a source for these flanges?
