engine swap? 96 into a 94

Will a 96LS400 work in a 1994 LS400? I know they are both 1uz-fe 's but is this a plug and play deal? Thanks in advance. I have searched the threads and if this has been answered b4 (and i am sure it has) i did not find it...so spare me

Things may differ plug wise.
You may need to swap a couple of sensors over, I'm not 100% sure.
All the main things will be identical though.
