Engine Mounts

Do engine mounts have to be the same both sides? ie symetrical?
One side has to have a dogleg in it to clear the steering column so do i mirror it on the other side?

No the shape of the mounts doesnt matter as long as they are strong enough to support the motor and any torque reaction.

It's best to have the rubber mounts as a similar angle on both sides of the engine.
