Hello all I am a new users to the forum. I have a bit of a dilemma with the ecu for my UCF20. So I need to replace my ecu as the traces in the pcb board have been damaged from capacitor leakage. I am wondering if an ecu from a 97 with the part number 89961-50340 for reference my damaged ecu is a 89961-50303 from a 96. Will the 97 ecu work with my particulate vehicle I understand the 97 has an Immobilized but it is a stand alone unit. So it shouldn’t affect it on the 96 correct?
