E30 BMW 1uz vvti manual

Here are some pictures from my build.
I've done all the work myself to keep costs down It is running and driving now on a linkplus G3 ecu, awesome fun, well balanced everyday car with a great sound!!

Some specs:

:1UZ VVTI
:T5 transmission
:custom made headers
:LINKPLUS G3 ECU
:Modified throttle body

Home hade custom headers



Machined adaptor/spacer ring for unit slave cylinder/thrust bearing


Modified sump


Gearbox adaptor parts


Trans/Engine/Extractors all together


Engine bay almost complete, just a few things to finish off and paint.

I like the way you painted the manifold and cam covers.

I've always been annoyed at the way the VVTi engines looked as stock, but yours shows they can be made quite presentable! Good job.

Hah, I see we have both used BMW ZF power steering tanks. I have one from an old 535i that is now the reservoir for the hydraulic 1UZ engine fan.
