Is it possible? To swap a crankshaft with all its appropriate bearings from one 1uz-fe engine block into another 1uz-fe engine block?

The main caps should stay with their respective blocks, but other than that, you should be able to swap out a bad crank for another. You'll have to check bearing clearances and thrust, etc. to see if the bearings can be reused in the other block.

But for the small price you'll pay for new bearings, and not having to worry about pulling the block again, it might be wise to replace them now.
