Do Not Buy Turbo From China

There are many ebay sellers selling turbos from China. As we all know the quality and support China can provide. Not to name names, but all of us take a look at ebay and u can tell right away. The turbos are incrediblely cheap. I would get a name brand turbo like Garrett with an established company. One of this example would be Precision Turbo. They support and back up their turbos and other products.

Another thing. China is the copy champion of the world and replacing parts will be almost impossible. Dont let the price attract you..... Remember the longest path is the short cut.

a few guys in the Honda world have bought the kinds of turbos yuo are talking about. On one of them, the compressor housing split in half at the seam. Turns out it was put together using some kind of glue or epoxy rather than the two cast pieces being properly joined. Other have had the bearings or seals fail after a few hundred miles.

So yeh, they are junk...stick to what is known to be good quality
