Craked Door Panels on SC4

I believe this to be a common problem. Right in the middle of the door panel trim, it's cracked under the leather, and on the other side it craked along with the leather.
What's the common remedy for this? Can you purchase just part of the door panel to replace, is it stupid to buy used from part yard? Is there things people to to simply repair it?
Any help would be appreciated.

I would just go on ebay and look for a good condition used door trim. It seem to be a common problem for the SC. Good luck
