cooling help

Hi all, need help with cooling set up. using volvo 440 header tank were can i feed it into the engine. not using the original rad either, oh car its gone into is a sierra p100 pick up, not much room. Now i under stand the basics, the bottom hose from the expansion has to feed into the system some were, but the top which allows for the expansion usually comes off the top of the original rad but as cant use that were else can i take it of the engine. any ideas would be great. the original engine and expansion the feed in pipe goes into the thermostate housing can this be blocked.

Umm ?? Why not use the hose from thermostat housing ???
The header tank purges the air out of system...
So the higher the purge off the engine the better..
It can be taken off top hose using stainless [exhaust] pipe and welded in
10mm T off to tank, hose clamps etc...

That sounds great will do that, as said got some idea but wanted it confirming as only want to do it once.
