Chrome alternator

Does anyone know of someone that is doing chrome alternators for the 1uz (preferably in aus) or any ideas to bring a dirty/weathered one up to show quality?

You can either paint it, sand it and polish it, or strip it and get it chromed.

There are plently of chromers around, look in the phone book.

yeah but none local are able to do alloy, i was kinda hoping for an exchange jobby because anyone i can find that can do it are looking at a 2 week turn around plus time for freight
