as i know most of you guys know whats a torque plate...

torque plate is used to : Simulate distortion by duplicating head bolt stress during machining operations. Torque plates are a must when boring and honing to re-establish cylinder bore geometry. When torqued into place on the engine block, they simulate distortion as the cylinder head would when installed. By boring/honing while installed, this simulation helps create a concentric round cylinder bore I.D. after cylinder head installation

my question is.. how much torque should be applied on the torque plate when doing broing on 2uzfe block.. anyone can help me with this plz :) ?

same torque as your headbolts, and that depends on your configuration and parts used. Check the ARP specs for example.
I bore without torqueplate and do the honing with. It all depends how big you bore, I just bore minus the maximum distortion.
