spf runs a 3.6" pulley and 7psi I think? I run a 3.4" with a restrictor so I don't go over 7psi yet. Though with that pulley, under a load i'm seeing boost at just over 2000rpm already. I reckon around a 3" would be ideal for us.
Though my only concern as a daily driver would be longevity of the charger, with long hours at cruising revs, the smaller the pulley the faster the charger spins in all conditions. My set up means I'm well in the 2000's rpm range cruising (at the moment)
