Blowing up the 1uz-fe

The 1UZFE EGR Delete Kit is available for sale here.
You keep saying "torque" but in what units and where are you measuring it?

"Torque" at the wheels changes in each gear, so if it's at the wheels you better tell us what gear it was in. You might as well tell us what diff and tyres you're running too and on what dyno.

In any case i think you'd be better off guessing how much flywheel or rearwheel horsepower you have because everyone else is quoting their figures that way.

Dude, let's just say I've pushed even more than that on my motor with super heated nos runs on several occasions....Heated and long duration nitrous runs as well...Can't blow it no matter how hard I try...(open 150 shot) That was just on one dyno report when my bottle wasn't full and completely heated that I hit those torque numbers... Forget about my car anyway... I personally would not hesitate to push 500whp on these motors, I fear not... Granted there is a breaking point at some point but I seriously dought it to be under 500whp on a good 1uz..motor and tune...

Let's just say I have been looking for ways to melt or jolt the bolts off the early model 1uz-fe motors...I've searched the forums for years to find one that blew up from producing too much raw power...NADDA, I just can't find one!!! Hence this thread...I tell you these motors are stout as hell and are really untested in my opinion... Don't take my word for it though, do the homework and research and you will see I am not just throwing darts at a board...

It has been documented and reported that the stock 1uz-fe 92-95 motors has successfully handled 500whp on two different occasions for long periods of time...IT IS WHAT IT IS ...

Now stop being babies and push these motors they can take it... The later model 1uz's, 2uz's and 3uz's are a different story...Pop goes the weasel with under 500whp as documented on many several occasions...Especially the 2uz's....

Enough said, boost away with no fear fellas.....:smokin:
