I ended up buying an 1997 ES300 Lexus for good ole ma..She's happy...I paid $5500 for it and it is in perfect shape in and out and loaded...Has 137,000 and was dealer maintained...
The only problem is there is the slightest of vibration during accelleration and can be felt in the steering wheel...I am thinking it may be motor mounts....What is the best way to check for bad motor mounts? Anyone? I know the problem is not wheel balancing because the vibration is the same at low speeds and high speeds plus it has new tires and brakes...Any help would be appreciated on this?
