Axis milanos+?

Hi

Anybody know if milanos front/rear @ 19x8.5 & 19x9.5 will fit on a first gen LS400 easily?

what is the offset on it?? I know that you need to run lower than 45mm offset on those to clear your front brake caliper bracket.
