avalon v8 engine swap??

I have a 1999 Toyota Avalon XLS, and I was wondering if it was possible to do a 1uz-fe engine swap, or a different compatible engine, because my 1mz-fe V6 is starting to feel kind of weak.

It's time to force the issue on that 1MZ-FE. How about a supercharger? There looks like plenty of room in the Avalon engine bay to mount a Vortech V5 blower, or even a stock TRD blower. The 1UZ won't fit.

Yea Ive been looking around for a TRD supercharger for the 1mz-fe, but the are pretty hard to find, is the Vortech V5 blower a direct fit bolt-on

it would be very very much custom. you'd have to make your own brackets, possibly also a jackshaft.

I would think about M90 on that engine… it will be much cheaper than vortech. ​

Have you considered a 2GR-FE? it has around 270hp - 280 standard and has a trd supercharger upgrade available as well. They are surposed to be a newer version of the avalon / camry V6 but even if not it should still fit.
