Adjustable cam gear 1uz-fe

Hi ppl, i am just wondering if anyone knows of a adjustable cam gear assembly for a 1uz-fe. and whether there is a fully adjustable front gear/pulley and intermediate gear or a front pulley set up available only as i have seen a few around. i have a twin turbo set up with a set of garret gt35r, with ported heads and am looking for more fine tuning of engine with cam adjustment. any feedback is muchly appreciated.
