96 sc400 very hesitant and sluggy

my sc from idle to like 1800 rpm is very hesitant and dogged. I jus changed to plugs and filter and tried injector cleaner still dog got any ideas?

Pull trouble codes. You can buy a generic scanner if you don't want Toyota/Lexus to work on it.

You also want to look into the wires, rotors and caps too. I am about to do that also.
