2UZFE into a 1971 FJ55

Hey everyone I just picked up a 2002 2UZFE from a wrecked Tundra with the TRD supercharger and headers. My intention is to swap this into a 1971 Landcruiser with a 2002 Lexus LX470 transmission and a 2003 Toyota Landcruiser TC. I guess my first question is about the wiring. The engine has the wiring and ECU still connected but I am looking for more information on what needs to be hooked up and what is optional. Basically what is the easiest way to get this engine up and running properly.
