1uzfe missing spluttering

I have a 1uzfe in a hilux it just started making a slight missing popping noise at idle and when accelerating it runs rough especially at lower revs it seems to be ok on first start up cold engine but gets worst as the engine warms up , any suggestions on possible cause thanks

Mine did this, was a crook coil that broke down when the engine reached operating temp and effectively shut down 4 cylinders

Thanks for the reply I checked the coils , igniters ,cam sensors and finally solved the problem a couple of spark plugs were fouled up . Gave them a clean all good now. I have a 1uzfe in a 2003 extra cab hilux with custom stainless steel tray 4 inch lift running 33s and also running a m90 supercharger . I built a beachbuggy with a 1uz in it so its handy to swap parts to try out. Check out my ute on utube its under " dantes ute "
