1uz vvti very high idle and no e-throttle response

So I recently bought a Nissan Hardbody with a 1uz vvti motor from a ls400, not sure of the year model. Everything was fine unti i took of the throttle body to clean it. When I put it back, car starts fine, but idles very high and the throttle body only engages the last 10% mechanically, the motor doesn't seem to be working. It only clicks once when they key is on the on position, but I understand it's supposed to Humm when they key is on on. It isn't throwing any codes, all fuses are fine, ecu seems to be fine as well. Anyone experience something similar perhaps?

I'd be checking for a large vacuum leak. Start with what you removed and check it first.

Like Zuffen, it's almost certainly something simple like vacuum.
