1uz stroke vs 2uz stroke?

are they diiferent i heard it was greater on the 2uz but havent found it in writing anywhere?

According to Toysport.com the 2UZ has an 84mm stroke compared to 82.5mm on the 1UZ/3UZ

i finally found that out on my own, but thanks though. i am using a 1uz block, rods, and pistons, and a 2uz crank. i will ahve to have my piston tops machined down.

On this site elsewhere, in the comparison of the 1uz 2uz and 3uz rods, all were exactly the same length. Is this correct? Then the bigger stroke is because of a different piston size right?

Yes the rods are the same length and the stroke is different. The piston pins are at a different location on the pistons. eg: 1uzfe pistons taller than 2uzfe pistons.
