1UZ Into Volvo 122S

Hi There, Newby, Thanks to all you Great guys to offer such interesting and helpfull info on this site. Would like to know if there are any Volvo 122 S running with the V8 Fitted. If any, was there any major problems? I am also planning a Jag suspention Swap. Everything still in Planning.

Nice, interesting to see some of the reactions over there @ Turbobricks, but then, they're just as rabid about Volvos as we are about our V8's.

Please keep us updated from time to time - especially when you decide to turbo or supercharge it down the road

I would love to turbo it...not much room in that little engine bay, might have to do a remote turbo or something.

More room with centrifugal and Lextreme fish bracket...
But hey there's far more work, fabricating to do first...
Once that's done fitting a blower will be a walk in the park...


Love these type of projects.. When I was much younger I
would help the rev / petrol heads around the area...
I guess we just want our own creation..

Removing most of the lexus braking and ABS contraptions has given me a fair bit of room. I've just eliminated the lexus fuse box and harness, and hope to have it running today.
