1uz into 91 Rx-7

Hey guys I am new to the site but have been researching v8 swap(import ones) for the last few months. I pretty much came to the conclusion that I am using a 1uzfe and a R154 trans in my Rx7. My question is what can we do to these motors for the performance aspet(preferrable N/A) and what is the factory compression ratio? I already started working on my chassis(91 Rx-7). I removed the the whole interior so I could remove any wiring I will not be using, removed all the sound deadening tar, and also installed my roll ball. Now I just got to put the interior back in. The engine bay is ready for the swap as Its all cleaned up and all unnessicary wiring was removed. I will try to get some pics up soon. Also can you guys reccommend where to get a motor from and what to look for? Does anyone make aftermarket cams? Anyway I just wanted to say hi and let you know about my project I started. Any advice or pointers would be greatly apprieciated. Thanks,
