1UZ coolant in oil

Morning all.

I have a 1uz in my land rover and I have some coolant starting to mix into the oil. It's normally aspirated. My dad and I tested the cylinder pressures and there doesn't appear to be any obvious leaks there. Is there a chance that it's not the head gasket and maybe the stock oil cooler? Are they prone to cracking? Maybe I'm clutching at straws and should just get on with the head gasket?

Think I may have at least caught it early...

Also forgot to say that even when the engine has cooled down the coolant system always still has some pressure in it, obvious when removing the header tank cap.
