Hello I'm currently in the process of trying to remove my starter, I have everything removed except for the rear radiator fluid bridge. I am having trouble removing the EGR pipe from the bottom of the bridge, there is no room to turn anything I can get on the bolts. Just wondering if there is a trick out there someone knows or if I should try to unbolt the EGR from were it meets the exhaust. Some input would be greatly appreciated as this is very aggravating to say the least. :banghead:

I've been giving it some thought and I'm thinking about drilling the bolt out from the front, but I just want to know is the bolt threaded through the block as well or does it just slide through and screw into the starter.

you can try to unbolt the transmission driveshaft and mount. Tilt the tranny backward and use a long long extension and take out the two 14 mm bolts.
