Hello!
Bought barn find SC400 with a surging/pulsating idle. Found Cats were clogged, MAF was cracked, and IAC was stuck open. I’ve cleaned the cats, replaced all 4 O2 sensors, got a used OEM MAF (and an Amazon one), a re-manufactured IAC, and verified the ECU doesn’t have any obvious blown capacitors and it yet it still surges/pulses between 1300-1700 rpm’s at idle.
Any ideas?
I was gonna try and smoke test to check for vacuum leaks next but I’m a little lost. Thanks for the help!
