Whats kind of city and highway mpg or KM/L are you averaging after the swap? what kind of lift and tires do you have?

The 3VZ is junk. they blow head gaskets all the time. Put the engine & parts up on www.yotatech.com or www.pirate4x4.com the emission control stuff and efi sensors are worth a little $$. the block is worth $100 -150 as are the heads if they are not cracked.
