when the better companies sleeve a block, they bore out almost EVERYTHING. they use a few MM of the old bore and drop in a brand new sleeve. i would not worry about sleeving this motor. it should be fairly easy. the cyl bore spacing looks more like a real engine now.

well... Phill Bradshaws flywheels sounds exactly like SuperRunner's flywheel. I have read that the v160 spline is one in its own. I would not have any idea how to look up what friction disk would have the same spline as a v160's.

ok through a lot of searching i've learned. 1jz and 2jzgte clutches are totally different. the friction disk is smalller on the 1jzgte. also the spline is different between the R154 and V160/V161. you can swap complete flywheel/clutch assemblies on the 1jzgte and 2jzgte if you are using the...

i bought a flywheel from him, but it does not work with the V160 transmission from what he told me. i was wondering if i could use his flywheel, with a 1jz/7mgte clutch and it be compatible with the transmission. the flywheel i bought from him is for 1uz engine / 7m+1jz clutch / r154 tranny

when using a 1UZ with a v160 or v161 getrag. is quartermaster our only clutch and flywheel solution?

well...there is about a 2inch space from the booster to the side of the firewall. i am sure i need to change the booster for a smaller unit. it is just really a pain in the ass if i have it. i've already spent 600 in conversion parts and now i need to buy a booster which is discouraging...

ok, quick question. I was about getting ready to install my pedal assembly, and i came into an issue. The brake booster on the SC400 looks huge. do i need to change this out to a SC300 unit? are the automatic and manual SC300 brake boosters the same size? can i reuse my brake master cyl?
