Hi, I'm no specialist but had a similar problem. Take your ECU unit out and plug into another 1uz-fe motor and see if you have the same problem. If so it's problem the immobilizer that needs rewiring/redone. My Immobilizer failed (replaced) and PC board rewired and walla - problem solved...
