    Hydraulic fan wiring question

Just as a bit of a sidetrack, I would be interested if you do work out the wiring, as we have an ls400 fan ecu in our hilux and it also appears to be different from the soarer info you linked too. We have our fan wired up to the fan ecu with a manual override switch. The fan ecu doesn't appear...

1uz Hilux with Crown ECU - Bad fuel economy

We have a ls400 1uz in our hilux that was wired up by a sparkie to the crown ecu. Fuel economy is currently at approx 28L/100km (or 10mpg) when driving conservatively, no diag codes. Where should I start looking? EDIT: I know of another 1uz hilux that was wired up by the same guy with the...

Hydraulic fan ecu plug wiring, LS400 vs. SC400

Yes, it runs at low speed all the time. Yes, the temp sensor is connected. No ECU doesn't smell, but I am guessing our sparky wired it up wrong. I have the wiring diagram for the SC400 fan ecu, and our one (LS400) is wired up very differently, so just wondering if they should be the same or not?

Hydraulic fan ecu plug wiring, LS400 vs. SC400

We have a LS400 fan ecu in our hilux which isn't working. I checked the plug according to the SC400 info given by Lambo here and it's wired completely different. Does anyone know if the LS400 and SC400 fan ecu are the same and/or have the same wiring? We know the fan is working fine as we have...

What's involved to switch the plugs, is it just a bolt-on job?
