I don't think a wet system would have been more effective than a properly setup dry system. To get proper fuel distribution it would need a fogger per port, for two stages, that's 16 foggers. Component costs stack up pretty quickly.

Spot on. If I were that concerned with EMI I wouldn't have 8 coils bolted to the cam covers... Magnetised headers would not cause EMI anyway...

Can someone who has these headers test to see if they are magnetic? 304 SS is magnetic only after cold working, so the bulk of the header should be non-magnetic. If they are plated mild steel, they will be uniformly and strongly magnetic.
