    1gz-fe engine specs?

phongshader, Yes, All parts are available from toyota, here in Australia anyway. Over here you have to either give them a vehicle VIN number or the actual part number. You also have to be a bit careful as these engines also came out running CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) those engine have...

    1gz-fe engine specs?

There is definietly more meat on one side of the big-end than the other. Probvably 1-2mm. There is also 2 alignment pins on that side. If anyone thinks they know of any interchangable parts I would be very interested. My engine is taking a little longer than planned to get back together as I...

O.K. I wouldn't use these measurements for machining but they should be close enough to give you an idea for interchangable parts. CON ROD LITTLE END DIAMETER - 21.07MM CON ROD BIG END DIAMETER WITHOUT BEARING - 51.20MM CON ROD LENGTH CENTER TO CENTER - 133.875MM CRANK BIG END BEARING...

    1gz-fe rebuild

Yeah it will be a N/A build, It will be legal like that according to my engineer. The pulley you are talking about is siezed but should just need a couple of new bearings. It has allready been down to Motec who were extremely helpful in getting all the information from the sensors etc. so that...

    1gz-fe rebuild

Yes, definietly manual, I have been watching with interest how you have done it, very impressive. The plan is a T56 and hopefully a clutch set-up similar to yours. will have to get a bellhousing from toyota, suprisingly quite cheap, around $440. Thanks heaps for the offer to help out with parts...

    1gz-fe rebuild

Anything is possible on the displacement side of things, Mine will need boring due to the swim it has taken. I can't see anywhere that toyota make oversize pistons for them and the head gasket may also be an issue. I will be getting custom pistons made to up the compression a little...

    MA61 with 1GZ-Fe swap

Crambo, I have just received my engine, minus starter motor. Do you know what model starter suits this engine or would it be possible to get some numbers of the starter on you're engine. Any help would be much appreciated.

    MA61 with 1GZ-Fe swap

Did they give you any indication as to why these functions do not work as that could be handy to know, I know in my Supra the fuel pump signal from the ECU is a pulsed signal ranging from 0-5v. This is to control the 2 speed pump and would be hard to duplicate.

    MA61 with 1GZ-Fe swap

Crambo, I have been speaking to a company called Quick fit motorsport, They say that if you have the ECU's and wiring harness and you post the lot to them they will be able to send it back to you ready to "Plug and Play" e.g. connect power, earth etc.
