It's going in a mid engine track car.

I am using a megasquirt extra MS1 from www.turbomotor.dk. Rene at turbomotor har modified the ms1 extra with drivers for the oem ignitors. My uz is now running with the ms1 and obx itb's

i did a nice and clear write-up on the msextra forums for running an early 1uz on an ms2 v3.0 setup using the zeal daughtercard for the second trigger input. Uses all un-modified stock ignition system (coils, ignitors,distributors) and the crank/cam sensors in an unmodified setup.

been running reliably for over 2yrs on it now

I've got several posts for using the MS3/MS3x.

It's a pretty easy setup really. Nothing special needed. I've got way over 10k miles on mine with no problems.

As for what is best? That depends on what you want, and what the tuner wants.

dewme do you have a current tune somewhere? are you wired into the stock ecu plug with ms3x?

i have all the parts but have not installed the ms3x in my ms yet

Any of you ITB guys have build threads? Curious on power people are making, and what you did to get it. I'm enjoying reading about the MS2 and MS3 options, definitely going to start gathering parts to make this happen.
