AC Delete Belt Length

The  1UZFE EGR Delete Kit  is available for sale here.
just to help to those who may need this info:
1UZFE from UZS131, clutch fan, AC deleted - belt is 6PK1600
with the mark at low 1/3 position you may take even 6PK1585 or 6PK1590 if you can find one.
 
Peewee, is it for clutch or pump fan? After 500+ km I ended up with tensioner knocking the stopper on my clutch fan and 1615 belt.
Now with 1600 the tensioner mark sits slightly above 1/3 from the minimum.
 
I use 1588 belt on 1UZ vvti (UCF21 celsior) : only A/C is deleted, hydro fan is functional
The belt lasts for 3 months of everyday use and then starts to chirp badly. The mark is at the minimum tension (lower limit of range B, middle of range A according to factory service manual)

Still unsure what other length to use as most people here seem to run LONGER belts while I need a shorter one apparently

So with this belt what components are used? I'm trying to delete my power steering and ac compressor and possibly the hydraulic fan just having trouble finding the right belt, and routing, any help would be greatly appreciated thank you
