can u put a turbo or supercharger on a 1991 ls400? with out swaping the engine

You can use a Vortech centrifugal (brackets available from this Site) or Eaton with manifold made by Jordyskiboat (a member of this Site) or make up custom manifolds and single or dual turbo.
