hi guys
ive just ordered 100 tacho boosters of this mob i met in the usa
i hope to get them by the time i get home from my holiday on dec 1st
i will then sit down and make a bunch of my other style of tacho boosters
hopefully with the help of you people out there i can make a database of which models work where
the model i make i think does similar job to the msd brand with part No 8920
and i have tested it on these cars......
---my hilux petrol dash with 1uz (i run 2 of these in series on my hilux due to the tacho sometimes being a touch to slow, it works perfect now)
---4runner orig with v6 and now has a 1uz
---cressida with a 1j or a 1uz or 7mgte
---supras with 7mgte
---corollas with 4agze
---sprinters with 4agze
---works on most microtechs and ems ecus with std tachos
the model i am gettin made in the usa works on...........
---holden vls with nissan engines
---ford au v8 speed signal from auto gbox sensor to the ecu
---nissan sr20t into s13 which orig had ca18 (only needed sometimes)
---autronic into s13 with sr20t
there are prob more uses but this is all i remember just of top of my head
since i am gettin a massive order i should be able to sell them for around 50 dollars for the model from usa
and around 40 dollars for model i make
i also sell the autronic tacho booster but they are around 130 bucks
this one works on............
---bmw with sr20t
the good thing with the autronic one is it has up to 4 inputs then it adds them together and has one output
i dont use these much and have 8 of them and want to sell them at about cost price just to get rid of them
once i get all the boosters made and someone wants one please let me know
and i can organise a way to try which works with what and get the database updated
