coolant leak under throttle body 94 LS

My wifes car left coolant on the driveway and the garage last night. It is coming from the area under the throttle body. It is hard to see but a steady stream is pouring from the area.
What would be the logical diagnosis? suggestions?

Hi,

I just removed and cleaned my throttle body a couple months back. I believe there is a black rubber coolant line running just below the tb. It's only about 8 inches long and maybe 3/4" dia.

A good resource would be lexls.com, if you're handy and want to try a diag/repair yourself.

There is a radiator passage from the ISC housing to the TB and back to the block. However Lexus hose size is little strange. Its smaller then 3/8". I would run the engine and check for leak. Changing the hose is pretty easy.... and would cost you less then one dollar for part.
