buying a LS 400

Hi!

I want to swap a 1uzfe into my bmw e30.
Tomorrow im buying a RHD Lexus LS 400 1995, i was interested, if i can use the stock ECU with a mechanical gearbox? Or i need to get a new ECU, cause the stock will not work..? And also if the ls 400 is right hand drive - its no difference, right?
