The pinouts are 30 22 16 28 and the Part number is 89661-50170

the engine is a front sump type

Crown maybe? Doesnt look like an American version of the ECU. LS400 is more of retangle type of plugs, SC400 is more of square plugs

Definetely not an SC400 ECU..... I've seen most of the SC400's year by year and they don't have the same plug inserts...
