Water to turbos

Hi.
I was thinking of using the water supply that went to the oil filter cooler to run through the turbos, do you think it will be ok for 2 garret turbos and which way does the water flow through the filter cooler.

I fit them cooler side bottom so thermal syphoning works...
Usually run from T off heater hoses turbo then to header tank..
