tranny, to driveshaft, to differential!?

so i've learned a lot from this forum and im thankful and so far i've planned on using a TKO but the amount of torque i'm probably going to make will be more than 600lbft and thats what the tkos rated for, according to the website. How would i beef the TKO up and secondly ive found a carbonfiber driveshaft for a 93-98 supra ( http://www.ttcperformanceproducts.com/timocafidrfo.html )and i was wondering if anyone has used this product or this diff ( http://www.ttcperformanceproducts.com/cacalsd.html ) and will they be able to withstand over 800lbft?
i was thinking since its a turbosystem that im going to use, most of the torque wont be made untill the higher rpms so it should be okay unless im doing really hard launches (right? wrong?)? but still i'd like to know what theyre rated at because the ttcperformance website doesnt really give a lot of details and that sketches me out!
and last of all does anyone know where to get high torque rated axles for the SC or another vehicle that will fit?

so nobody else has used that differential and nobody knows how to beef up a tko??
