are there any other cars that don't have a 1UZ that have the same yoke spline as the auto?

i'm converting my '72 corona mk2 coupe, so i need to change the length of the tailshaft, and alter the engine mounts and tranny mounts, anything else i need/should do?

i thought i might get an aftermarket computer, what's reccommended? price?
i've got an '90 LS400 model engine.

what size exhaust is reccommended for a reasonably quiet, yet menacing growl/scream?

MX83 Cressidas, MA70 Supras.
Pretty much any Toyota from 1989 onwards that still uses a slipyoke.

Any aftermarket ecu will work well.
Prices start at about $1100 for Microtech, to $2000+ for Autronic, To $3000+ for Motec.
That call is yours.

If you are only chasing stock power, then twin 2" into sinle 2.5" with a single muffler is good.
If you want a bit more power then twin 2.25" into single 3" with a single muffler and resonator (note, the exhaust itself will not increase power on the stock manifolds).
If you are going all out NA wise, then twin 2.5" into single 3" is more than enough.

thanks alot.
also, does anybody have an idea what sterring rack and pinion setup would fit a mark 2? it would need to be between 550 and 600mm long. can be p/s or not, i don't care.
