If you move the starter you have room to burn.
By moving the starter you give yourself 175mm (or 7") of extra room. The only things that infringe on that dimension are the knock sensors (they can be shortened) and the heater pipe, it can be relocated.
I can post some photos of my intercooled manifold I've built that uses a Ford Lightning valley grafted to Lexus inlet runners. The injectors stay in the stock location and the waterbridges remain unaltered. I'll post later today when I get home.
If you can possibly relocate the starter things looks easy.
Don't ask how many hours I've spent on the manifold or even of the problem of keeping it all square to the crank shaft. I've seen blowers mounted at ugly angles that will eat drive belts.
