small port -- big port?

Hi Guys,

I am new here, Hi. I have been playing with toyota 4AGE engines and these come in small port and big port (with tvs) variations. does the 1UZ have a small port and big port variable. What 1UZ is the best for N/A (ie yaer and specs).

Best NA to do would be 3UZ, then 1UZ VVTi, then 1UZ nonVVTi.

Of course, the better ones are more expensive.

if you are looking at earlier 1uz's the 95-97 ls400 and 96-97 sc400 have raised compression to 10.4 and maybe other subtle differences along with skinner rods, but dyno 20rwhp more stock than the earlier engines.
