Passenger Side Window Now F'd Up

Ya Its Not Moving, Its Stuck Down, It Use To Do This Once In A While But Usually Would Work With A Lil Love Tap To The Panel..

I Think It May Be A Hot Wire Touching The Metal On The Door, Because When I Press The Button, The Lights On My Switch Go Black Until I Release It, Also I Pulled Off The Driver Side, And I Found A Hot Wire That Had Some How Been Worn Down...
